Supportive Services to Homeless and Disabled Veterans

Programs

Transitional Housing

Uplifting Veterans Center provides a transitional housing program with supportive services to help homeless veterans realize their ability for employment and help build towards independent living.

All transitional housing locations are fully furnished, with kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Each location is handicap accessible to support our disabled veterans. Residents work together to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. We encourage residents to establish goals and work to achieve those goals i.e housing, health, and income. Based on an individual’s needs, we have partnerships with other agencies to provide additional services to help with substance abuse, mental health, and assistance with benefits.

Permanent Housing

Uplifting Veterans Center provides a permanent supportive housing program with voluntary support services to veterans that are self-sufficient. Those services include money management, transportation assistance, and vocational services.
